These Terms govern your use of Tandemu, provided by SG Systems PTE. LTD., a Singapore-registered company.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Tandemu, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the service.

2. Description of Service

Tandemu is an AI-powered teammate platform for software development teams, offering AI-assisted coding, telemetry, and team management capabilities. SG Systems PTE. LTD. reserves the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time.

3. User Accounts

Account holders must provide accurate information, maintain confidentiality of credentials, take responsibility for all account activities, and notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on the rights of others
• Transmit harmful or malicious content
• Attempt unauthorized access to our systems
• Disrupt or interfere with the service
• Use the service for unauthorized commercial purposes

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of SG Systems PTE. LTD.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of content you create. By using the service, you grant SG Systems PTE. LTD. a limited license to process your content solely for service delivery. We will not share or sell your content without your consent.

7. Privacy

Your use of Tandemu is governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect and handle your data.

8. Termination

SG Systems PTE. LTD. may immediately suspend or terminate accounts for any breach of these Terms without prior notice.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall SG Systems PTE. LTD., nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. The courts of Singapore shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.

11. Changes to Terms

SG Systems PTE. LTD. reserves the right to modify these Terms at its discretion, providing 30 days' notice for material changes.
